1. Warranty, honesty and customer support.
We offer a 24 hour warranty on all items purchased from us. This means that if you have any problems or questions, you need to contact us within 24 hours of purchase. No claims will be accepted after this time period.
If you purchased the product outside of our support hours (e.g. weekends, Saturdays, Sundays), the warranty period is extended.
The warranty includes the product or service you ordered, we guarantee that you will receive the product or service you selected. The product or service will be in proper quality. We never guarantee that goods and services purchased on our site will pass inspections in 100% of cases where inspections are required. We sell tools for self-checkout, not a 100% chance of passing inspections.
You can always ask for additional photos or description of the selected product before buying.
We do not give refunds or exchanges if you make a mistake and buy something you don’t need. Please read the product description carefully before buying.
If you do not trust us, we can always make a deal with you by using Guarantee Service (ESCROW ; MIDDLEMAN). Only known guarantor services from popular and respected shady forums or dark chat telegram.

If you have transferred the wrong amount (e.g. less), please transfer the remaining balance before paying the full cost of the template or service.
We are not responsible for money sent to incorrect or fraudulent details.
We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any product or service.
We are not responsible for blocking your payment details after transactions have been made.
4. Receipt of goods.
After payment you will receive the goods file or download link in one of the variants: chat telegamme, discord, to e-mail.
We recommend that you check the goods immediately after receipt.
The goods are given only to you. We are not responsible for the transfer of goods to third parties.
5. What to do if there are problems.
If there is something wrong with the product or you have any questions about its quality, please let us know as soon as you check it out. Be sure to let us know what product you purchased, describe the problem and wait for our response.
